Form COVID-19

Dear Sir/Madam,

In light of the Novel Corona Virus – COVID 19, Ministry of Corporate affairs has taken a step to ensure the welfare of the general public.

The Company Affirmation of Readiness towards COVID-19 is required to be filed by authorised signatory of every Company and LLP registered with Ministry of Corporate Affairs in order to report the Compliance MCA guidelines. This is not applicable to Sole Proprietorship and Partnership Firms.

This is the simple web based form with the minimum requirements. You need to mention just the following details:

1. Whether the Company/LLP is in compliance of COVID-19 Guidelines including work from home policy
2. OTP sent on mobile number of Director registered with MCA

This web based form is effective from March 23, 2020 and last date for the same is March 30, 2020 currently.

You can create your own ID on MCA Portal using the below given link. Currently there is no clarity as to whether the same is mandatory or optional but it is suggested to fill the same by yourself.
